Up until a short time ago, things were pretty peaceful around here and everyone was getting along with everyone else. There were no issues, no drama...just a group of fairly like-minded people having fun through role-playing and what-not.
Unfortunately, a wrench has been thrown into things. It started with grief flying about match results and followed with pointed, profanity-laced tirades when a reply was made. But quite frankly, it's hard to justify that kind of heat when the truth completely blows it out of the water. Messages were clipped and modified so as to warp them enough to fit the flamer's point of view and barely-disguised comments were bandied about further.
Now, it has come down to thievery of another person's work and blatant modification of it so as to make it look as though it belongs to someone else. Not to mention knowledge of said person's history as if more information of their true colors were required. And in each of these matters, proof is possessed in spades.
I'm not going to tolerate this any longer, so here's how it goes:
This person knows exactly who they are, and everyone that this person has come at knows exactly who they are. The evidence necessary to make this stick is in hand and ready to go.
If good reason to keep them on isn't given by tonight against said evidence...they are gone. No questions, no retractions, no second chances. Tonight at 10pm CST is the deadline. If I don't have word by then on this matter, this person will be gone for good.
Questions, comments, concerns...whatever. Reply to this if you have them, but I expect any replies to be voiced professionally and with a modicum of decorum. Fighting fire with fire is not necessary when the first fire will simply burn itself out.
ACW will NOT be compromised because of people like this. This is not why it was created and it is not what it will be about. I'm putting this out in the open because an example needs to be made.
