What in the...? Mid-term Election Special

What in the world just happened? My wife and I were able to enter, vote, and leave the election site in under 10 minutes. That, and we're able to buy, sell, produce, and distribute liquor (within the legal code, of course) in our county now!

I didn't vote in the last election and hadn't re-registered in the meantime, so I wasn't able to vote. I discovered this need to re-register when I got to the voting location, and was also informed that I couldn't register there; they had my father and sister on their list but not me. Feh.
