Hey I posted a roleplay in Character Development, and i want to here from the veterans. I have been roleplaying for a year now, but this is a new character persona. I'm used to the pyschos, but now I'm a redneck. I also tried to be detailed as ACW has very good detail in their promos. I just want to know what yall think on this one, and future ones also.

All an all it was a good promo. You can tell the character is new your still "Shaking the rust off" so to speak.
The discription was okay for a interview segment but you want to take a bit more time to explain your setting and the characters involved. Think about it like this, this is suppose to be a "TV show" so make them be able to picture every detail in their mind like they are watching it.

It was good. Like carnage said your still new to the character, and its gonna take some time to get used to it. Shaping him into your own thing will indeed be tough especially being something youre not used to but, if you need help ask man, everyone here is real friendly.
I know how it feels to change man, Ive been a face and rarely a bad-doer but ive taken my character to a whole new light, and am gonna see where this takes me. Good luck man, I really did enjoy your CD RP, it was a little tough with the description but that will come with time, just take some time to flesh things out a bit more

You've improved a bit, in my personal opinion. ..One thing that's been bugging me man.. I'm sorry.
It's the grammar. The lack of proper contractions (It is is It's and the possessive variant of It is "Its") and words that sound alike that aren't interchangeable (such as "here" and "hear".) I'm sure with a bit more diligence, you can easily remedy that situation my friend.
I'm also more than willing to help anyway I can.

You are showing improvement. The description is coming along and the entertainment is certainly there. Two places where people have the most trouble at times, myself included in the past, are relevance and point/counterpoint. No matter what Bubba says or does during his promo, you should try to make sure it has something to do with the match and his opponent.
It's also not a bad idea (if possible depending on when you post) to read your opponent's work a couple of times to make sure you answer their every point against Bubba. If it takes going back into old shows and promos for you to find shots to take against them (a match they lost, a title they failed to get, some embarassing moment, etc.) do so. That little extra work can go a long way on scores.
But above all, don't get discouraged. Few, if any, people come in blazing and racking up wins. A lot of the folks here have been doing this for a while. But as people have said before, we're all friendly sorts and are more than willing to offer advice. Just keep at it and have fun with it.

Following with Hiashi's sentiments, I'd like to add this: Don't get too discouraged over a few losses, either. Hiashi's completely right about few people racking up wins right away. I've been RP'ing for over a decade, and I bombed every title shot I was given here, until I picked up the Specialist title.

Wins are always nice to have. They give us something to talk about in RPs, but notice that story-lines are what intrinsically move ACW.
The only advice I can offer, other than the obvious - just keep writing, is to find the story of Bubba in ACW. Each step along the way reveals your path. You have a nice song, now find your voice.
