I really enjoyed it. It was short compared to some other wrestlers. But short doesn't mean crappy "That's what She said!"
If you've been retired for eight years, than I might need to try that, 'cause I think I've written one roleplay in the entire length of all my characters That could stand toe to toe with that. Only mistake I saw was that we're ACW, not ACO or whatever you put. Awesome bro.

Ah, it was AWO.... and it was because the first RP I wrote I used AWO alot and got tired of telling my MS Word that I was spelling it right..... so it auto corrected ACW for me.... thanks MS Word, now I look like a jackass.

No you don't, dude. You did excellent. I was actually pretty impressed with you/your promo and found that you did very adequately[SP?] in your first run back from retirement. As far as critique? Perhaps length, maybe, might be a minor thing to improve on with just a tiny bit more attention to detail.
Personally? All-in-all? I enjoyed reading it.

Thanks Brian. Hopfully now that my finals are over and my mini family crisis has abated I can put a little more time into my hobbies. You compliments are apriciated, but I knew when I read your first post I was toast. Your promos are always well put together and I don't find myself just scanning it over like I do with some, they're very entertaining and provoking. I hope we get a chance to work together again in the future.

Thanks. Believe me man, I had some definite trial and run errors when I first got here. Heck, until I came back? I lost every other match really. It's only because a friend helped me out on what to do and what not to do. I think your promos are very well put together but that we don't get see much of Johnie as a person and a wrestler, we tend to see just bits and pieces of him. It's good, it's well written, but it's better if we see how he really feels more so than what he just wants to say.
If that makes sense. Not sure.

I agree with Blake, but I must also add that it can be pretty difficult to find a balance in one's promos, between relevant dialogue, and necessary character development. I've finally found a way that works for me; it involves a small bit of CD before and after the promo, allowing me to focus the "video" portion on my opponents.

Jay's pretty much got it down pat. I always liked his method of promoing.. .It just terrifies me as to what Brian might actually do off camera and therefore I don't want to think about it.
