PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE:
If your going to say my character said something about someone else's character than make sure you PASS IT BY ME FIRST because you say my character said something which he may or may not have actually said than I have to suffer for it not your character. Especially if said thing is something which Derryk normally wouldn't say.
And for the record Derryk Aires did not say what Purse said he said in his promo (towards Nathan von Liebert) nor was it okayed by me for that to be spoken of what Aires said in the promo.
I would do this courtesy to each of you and would hope you could do it for me.
Thank you,
- Brian

Last I checked, any actual use of (as in appearance by) someone else's character requires permission of that character's handler. I'm not quite certain on how hearsay ("That guy said this") is ruled. It could easily be a character lying out of his/her ass.
If the characters involved are aligned (stablemates, established friends, etc) then permission for their use in promos is generally assumed, though it's still both common courtesy as well as good strategy to run it by the other handler(s) first unless you have standing permission to use the character (even then, it's generally better to run it by them if only to make sure the actions and dialogue are fully appropriate for the character).

It was just a lie for Purse to kinda make fun of Von Liebert, but I am sorry. Next time, if I ever I do something like that, I will ask. Sorry man.
